      The biggest thing I’ve learned as a scientist is that scientists are just like everyone else – we have internal biases, a range of personalities, aspirations – that science is not an impersonal investigation. We are engaged in our science, and that affects interpretations, and even the questions that get asked. We have to be aware of this bias and try to minimize it, but we are only human.
