      Hi there,

Old people are trying to remember the same stuff you are: where they put something down, how to get to the store, what they want for dinner, how their friends are doing. All the same things! But they tend to have trouble remembering certain kinds of information. For example, remembering the name of a new friend can be hard for old people, as well as where they left their car keys. This doesn’t mean the old people have Alzheimer’s disease or any kind of brain problems! It just means the part of their brain that is responsible for these kind of memories is starting to shrink as they get older.
