You know, I genuinely don’t know the answer to this question. I do know that recent research has shown that pretty much every part of the earth is covered in plastic that has been made over the past few decades. And we know that fallout from nuclear testing is inside the bodies of every living thing.
Even if there is one part of the earth that is less polluted, we have to recognize that the earth is what’s called a closed system. If we pollute one part of our home, it will affect every other part of that home. We need to be careful with this place.

The least polluted places will be those that have the least amount of people. Places that pollution cannot reach, like a lake frozen under ice or deep caves will be less likely to have pollution: http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20141104-is-anywhere-free-from-pollution
As far as cities go here are the supposed 9 best in the world (none in the US): http://www.dosed.in/lists/top-9-least-polluted-cities-in-the-world-to-live-in-peacefully
Here is a list of the cleanest US cities based on type of pollution: http://www.stateoftheair.org/2015/city-rankings/cleanest-cities.html?referrer=https://www.google.com/

I would guess at the poles, where there are no people. But, we still get trash accumulation around the world’s oceans even though people don’t travel there, due to ocean currents. Ugh. Humans.
