I don’t really play with scabs, my lab primarily studies the scabs that form inside your blood vessels. Your blood vessels carry blood throughout your body to keep you alive. They are like tubes. When these tubes get holes in them, they form a clot.

When you get cut on your skin, you body does the same thing, it clots. But in this case you get a very noticeable scab. And scabs can be gross but they are great to have on your skin. They keep you from bleeding.
