Question: why would you want to be an artist if you were not a scientist ?
Asked by Josh to Melissa on 26 Apr 2016.
Melissa Wilson Sayres
answered on 26 Apr 2016:
I like how creative art is. I like the process of generating new things, which is very similar between art and science.
Josh commented on 27 Apr 2016:
But do you think that you can make a piece of art everyday? and what about the cons about art such as, your hand hurting after a while? What will you do then?

Melissa commented on 27 Apr 2016:
Some artists produce a new piece of art every day, but many works of art take a long time to produce. That is similar to science. I don’t finish a research project every day – these things take time.
There are pros and cons to every job.
Not all art is generated in the same way.
