HOW AM I LAST TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION.
Okay 658hemb36, have a seat. Ready for some deep knowledge? I am passionate about ice cream. When I was a kid, I loved butter pecan (shout out, Melissa!), followed by chocolate chip cookie dough, followed by a long, deep love for cookies and cream that continues unabated to this day. People make fun of me for it, but I also really, really love vanilla ice cream. It’s delicious – there’s nothing plain about it! Since I am originally from Texas, the only ice cream worth considering was Blue Bell. Recent controversy aside, I am still a Blue Bell man through and through.
HOWEVER, about three years ago someone introduced me to gelato, a form of ice cream that is about as different from Blue Bell as it as possible to be. It changed my whole entire life. There are a few brands of gelato that I like, but recently I have been very much into Talenti’s Caramel Cookie Crunch. I have been known to eat vast amounts of it if I am not careful.
Finally, any ice cream with mint in it makes me sad (sorry, Kellie!). I know we’re supposed to be about science here, but what a fantastic question. I’m going to echo Kevin and Kellie and ask what your favorite is. Inquiring minds want to know!
