      I’m not sure what you mean? If you mean, can we edit DNA, specifically mutations that occur, the answer is complicated. There is technology available now that will allow us to replace one version of a gene with another version (or really any piece of DNA, not just the genes), but it has to be used very early in development to apply to the whole organism.
